New American Express Centurion Lounge Coming to Salt Lake City Airport
It is still in the making but Salt Lake City airport is ready to become the home of the 31st American Express Centurion lounge. The airport isn’t as big as others that host AMEX centurion lounges, it “only” sees 26 million passengers transit on a yearly basis. However, it is an airport of strategic importance for Delta, which is a huge AMEX partner, and for onwards travel to leisure and business destinations within the region.
The new Salt Lake City Airport Centurion Lounge will open its doors to eligible card holders in 2025. It is in the process of being constructed in the new concourse B as part of the redevelopment of SLC airport. Once completed the lounge will cover a total surface just shy of 16,000 square feet.

What Will the Lounge Offer Eligible AMEX Card Holders?
The new SLC airport Centurion Lounge will be a space for travellers to relax before, after, on in between flights. It’ll have everything you could need to either remain productive or indulge in a relaxing experience.
Its 16,000 square feet surface will also include a panoramic terrace equipped with heaters and fans. It’ll, therefore, be useable year-round offering an exclusive view over the Wasatch Mountains.
To help business travellers remain productive during their transit or stay at Salt Lake City Airport, USB charging ports will be available by every seat. Also, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available along with phone and meeting rooms.
Finally, let’s move on to the tasty stuff. The new Salt Lake City Centurion Lounge will offer a culinary experience designed by award-winning chefs. Along that will be a full bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a coffee bar.
