Norse Atlantic Airways, the new Norwegian attempt to master transatlantic low cost travel, will be launching a new service ahead of summer 2024. The airline is all setup to start serving its second US destination from France. Here are all the details about the new Norse Atlantic N0311 Paris to Los Angeles.
Norse Atlantic’s Third US Destination From Paris
The flight once launched will become the Norwegian low cost carrier’s third destination in the United States. At the moment, before N0311 is launched, Norse Atlantic serves just 1 destinations from Paris’ CDG airport. However in December the second flight will come online from Paris to Miami.
Therefore this flight from Paris to Los Angeles will become the airline’s third flight to connect the continental United States with Paris. Although the flights to Paris from New York and Miami aren’t exactly short hops, the LAX service will be Norse’s longest ULR flight from France’s capital.

The Plane For The Paris to Los Angeles Service
Norse Atlantic, as is the case with many low cost operators flies a one aircraft type fleet. If you’re wondering why, you can read this article. In Norse’s case, with an all long range flight network the aircraft of choice is the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
The low cost carrier has fitted these planes with a 2 class cabin offering both a premium and a standard option. However don’t expect anything fancy from the premium option as it is comparable to a premium economy seat offering on other legacy airlines.
That being said the Norse Boeing 787-9s feature:
- 56 Premium class recliner seats in a 2-3-2 layout
- 282 Economy class seats in a standard 3-3-3 layout
Pretty much all seats are equal in space offering as they are set up with the same layout from first to last row onboard. Also you get a meal included in your fare for any ticket except those booked in Economy Light (cheapest fare).
