With countries removing restrictions to mass travel passenger figures across the globe have are on the rise. One of the world’s evergreen tourist destinations is without a doubt Thailand. To cope with growing passenger request towards the southeast Asian country Emirates is launching a fourth daily flight to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Let’s take a closer look at the details of this flight.
How Emirates Dubai Bangkok Service Will Change
Starting January 1st 2023, in just over 10 days from the moment of writing, Emirates will add an extra flight to Bangkok. This will raise the weekly flights to 28. Along side to the Dubai Bangkok sector Emirates also serves Phuket with a double daily connection.
The new flight will be an evening service. A part of the day previously not covered by a flight to the Thai capital. The flight will operate under number EK374 and will operate as follows:

Another A380 Flight
EK374 will be served by one of Emirates’ A380s, which remains still one of the best flying experiences in the sky. The superjumbo will operate in a 3 class configuration featuring:
- 14 First Class Suites
- 76 Business Class Seats
- 427 Economy Class Seats
A significant power up to connections between Dubai and Bangkok, with over 500 extra daily available seats.
The Other EK DXB-BKK Flights
This fourth flight will add to the already active 3 daily services to Bangkok. The other flights the airline flies to the Thai capital are:
- EK376
- EK372
- EK384
The last of the list, EK384, serves both Bangkok and Hong Kong under the same flight number. The flight originates in Dubai, flies to Bangkok where it stops for one hour and 40 minutes and then flies on to Hong Kong. The return trip will of course also stop in Bangkok to refuel, re-cater and load and unload passengers.
