Therefore Emirates is able to deploy on an ever growing number of destinations it renovated Airbus A380s featuring the brand new premium economy product. The latest destination to receive flights with the new layout is Singapore Changi Airport.
Emirates Flight Dubai Singapore EK354 Will Offer Premium Economy
If you are a frequent traveller between Dubai and Singapore today’s Emirates announcement comes as great news. The airline is introducing on one of its busiest route, on one flight for the time being, its refurbished Airbus A380 featuring a 4 class configuration.
The premium economy hard product was officially presented to local press in Singapore at the Emirates Lounge at Changi International Airport Terminal 1. Following the presentation guests got a private tour of the brand new cabin.
At least initially Premium Economy will be available on Emirates flight EK354 (EK355 on the way back). That is one of Emirates’ direct flights in the morning out of Dubai and in the evening on the way back. Therefore there will be an extra travel class to choose from when booking a flight between Dubai and Singapore.

The Emirates 4 Class A380 Configuration
These Airbus A380s offer:
- 14 First Class Suites
- 76 Business Class Seats
- 56 Premium Economy seats
- 338 Economy Class Seats
This new configuration, as is the case with many other Emirates A380s, only has premium cabins housed on the upper deck. Premium Economy and Economy Class are located on the main deck.
Premium Economy Coming to More Destinations
As more planes are fitted with the new cabin interior this Emirates Airbus A380 configuration will become more and more common around the world. Therefore expect this cabin to be available for many more destinations in the months to come.
