Q1 of 2026 confirms the upward trend that we have seen progressing throughout 2025 for Boeing and its commercial aircraft division.

The American aircraft manufacturer achieves 143 aircraft delivered in Q1 of 2026. That is up from 130 aircraft delivered in 2025 in the same time frame. That translates precisely to a 10% increase.

All the more impressive is the increase that Boeing was able to achieve in this Q1 of 2026 over the same time frame in 2024. Back then, Boeing only delivered eighty-three planes.

If the same trend of last year is to be followed, Boeing is setting itself up to break through the 700 delivered aircraft barrier in 2026.

Boeing delivered more 787s in Q1 of 2026 compared to Q1 of 2025, with an increase of 15.4% year over year.

All Programs Helping Out, But Still Waiting on Key Certifications

Despite the 737 being the driving force of the growth in absolute numbers all other programs also contributed to achieving this 10% growth in Q1 of 2026.

There were more 767s, 777s, and 787s delivered in Q1 of 2026 compared to Q1 of 2025.

However, what really will start moving the needle for Boeing is finally getting through the certification process for the Boeing 777X and the 737 MAX 7 and 10.

Those are the aircraft that will be the game changers for Boeing in terms of aircraft manufacturing and delivery to its clients, and which will also unlock higher levels of revenue.

Still uncertain what the time frame is for these aircraft to be certified. The certification is underway with the FAA. So make sure to come back for more news and to be up to date with what is going on in these certification processes.
