It’s time to check in with the Brazilian manufacturer Embraer as they release their 2026 Q2 aircraft delivery data. Figures are trending up from prior quarter and YoY with expected end of year deliveries still in the guidance range.

The Embraer Delivery Positive Trend Holds Up
Embraer, much alike Airbus, generally stuffs loads most of its aircraft deliveries in the second half of the year.
That makes for a relatively quiet first quarter, a more lively Q2 and then very busy Q3 and Q4.
Keeping faith to this trend and “tradition” 2026 too has seen deliveries tick up in Q2 over the first quarter and also tracking above 2025 Q2 levels.

Private Aviation Doing the Growth Heavy Lifting
As you might have noticed private aviation is doing much of the heavy lifting in terms of growth percentage over Q2 of 2025. Reason for that being? It’s quite simple and intuitive.
Private and corporate jets are much easier and faster to be produced and ramping up production isn’t as complex as it is for larger commercial aircraft.
Growth over Q1 was strong in both the private jet and commercial aircraft division. However, that is to be expected if Embraer is to meet its guidance levels come December. Commercial aircraft deliveries were up 100% while corporate jets by 55%.
Numbers trended up and into the right even over 2025 Q2 but at a much slower pace than quarter-over-quarter.
YoY Embraer increased its commercial aircraft deliveries by only 1 unit, up to 20 in 2026 over 19 in 2025. That additional unit, however, came from the old E1 generation of jets, it being an E175.
New generation E2 Embraer commercial aircraft deliveries remained unchanged in 2026 Q2 over the same period of 2025. 10 were delivered last year and the exact same number this year.
Guidance Levels Remain Unvaried for 2026
The expectation from Embraer is still to deliver somewhere between 80 and 85 commercial aircraft and 160 and 170 private aircraft this year.
Deliveries half way through 2026 look encouraging with them up 6% in both business segments compared to H1 of 2025.
With Embraer speeding out its aircraft output in the latter part of the year we should see them inching closer to their goal in Q3 and finally Q4.
