Air Serbia Adds Geneva to Network Using Latest Fleet Addition

Air Serbia is a dynamic little enterprise. The airline which sits just outside the EU with its base in Belgrade Nikola Tesla international airport is a link to Europe for the Balkans and along with a link to Russia and some destinations in China. Now though, utilizing its latest fleet addition it is expanding its European network, by adding flights to Geneva.

Air Serbia To Fly To Geneva in Summer 2025

The latest network expansion for the Serbian national carrier is the Swiss city of Geneva. The route doesn’t have a whole lot of competition on it. The only airline flying it at the moment is LCC easyJet twice per week. Therefore, when Air Serbia commences flying the route it will be the only full service airline, which might attract and take over business oriented travelers.

Speaking of commencing operations Air Serbia is set to start operations on the route starting June 23rd 2025. So a couple of months down the road, just as the summer season traffic pick up.

Flight JU326 and JU328, depending on the day of the week, will operate three times weekly, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

On Mondays and Fridays:

  • JU326: Departs Belgrade (BEG) at 06:25, arriving in Geneva (GVA) at 08:30.
  • JU327: Departs Geneva (GVA) at 09:15, arriving in Belgrade (BEG) at 11:15.

On Wednesdays:

  • JU328: Departs Belgrade (BEG) at 17:35, arriving in Geneva (GVA) at 19:40.
  • JU329: Departs Geneva (GVA) at 20:25, arriving in Belgrade (BEG) at 22:25.

Powering the Flight With The Latest Fleet Arrival

The flight will be powered by the latest arrival to the Air Serbia fleet, which I talked about in one of my most recent posts. The aircraft is the E195 of which the airline possesses two, one arriving in the month of April after having served in Guernsey based airline Aurigny Air Services.

The aircraft is a 118 seater which is being deployed on routes that have lower demand or volume expectations are uncertain. There will be business class offered as a travel class, however, it will only be in soft product as the aircraft doesn’t have dedicated seats.
