You Can Now Fly easyJet Aircraft on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

The Microsoft Flight Simulator is and has been for generations of aviation enthusiasts and aspiring pilots much more than just a PC or console based game. Over its iterations the realism achieved by the developers has made massive leaps forward allowing to experience from your home, many of the feelings a commercial pilot goes through every day. The latest version of the simulator, its 2024 edition, has now another addition that will help further increase how realistic the gaming experience is.

For those who have never tried out any of the Flight Simulator franchise games, they allow you to mimic almost in every aspect the experience of flying simpler to more complex aircraft. Make your choice fly a Cessna 152 or get behind the controls of a commercial jetliner.

It might seem a given to many that planes come with existing airline liveries in the game but that is not the case. Due to copyright restrictions in many cases the aircraft are depicted in fantasy airline liveries or just in plain white. As a former MSFS (Microsoft Flight Simulator) heavy user I can tell you that it just makes the experience much more enjoyable flying an aircraft in the livery of your favorite airline. Many might think what’s the difference, but somehow it makes a world of difference.

Now though, easyJet has partnered with Microsoft to include its planes in its original livery in the 2024 Flight Simulator. The iconic orange and which livery will be included for all users on the airlines’:

An Addition Real Enthusiasts Will Massively Appreciate

Having such a popular livery already included in the game is quite a big deal for hardcore flight simulator lovers. Not having them means having to hunt for official or unofficial add-ons which might not be of the best video quality to play with. Alternatively you might find yourself paying a pretty penny to purchase some well crafted add-ons. I remember having to do both to enhance my flight experience on the 2002 and particularly on the 2004 flight simulators when I was a young boy (yeah I’m getting old).
